The Happy Humans Crew takes enjoying life as seriously as we take our workouts. We're made up of athletes (and spectators, because who are athletes without their support crews?!) from coast to coast that have more than sport in common, we have a humility and exuberance for life. From triathletes, runners, cyclists, swimmers, powerlifters, cross-fitters, yoga-lovers, and more, it's all about the journey of a happy and healthy lifestyle for us. We believe it's possible to smile your way to a finish line or PR, and encourage others to do the same!
