Coach Nick
- Coach Nick is a certified coach with credentials from USAT, USAC, and NASM, but his true expertise lies in his deep commitment to the endurance sports community. A dedicated student of the sport, he continuously studies emerging trends, best practices, and innovative training methodologies. Understanding that every athlete is unique, Coach Nick designs personalized programs tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual.
- In 2007, a friendly wager with a coworker led Nick to participate in his first local triathlon, where he discovered his passion for the sport. Despite struggling through each leg, he was immediately captivated by the challenge, and that day marked the beginning of his enduring love affair with triathlon.
- With an impressive record that includes numerous victories in Olympic and Xterra off-road distances, multiple qualifications for Xterra Worlds, 70.3 World Championships, USAT Nationals, and several Ironman 140.6 finishes, Coach Nick has proven his ability to excel in endurance sports at the highest levels.

Coach Casey
- Casey Sparks is a USATF-certified endurance coach with a passion for pushing limits and a unique athletic background that spans multiple disciplines. Growing up in an active family, Casey’s athletic journey began with sports like soccer and motocross, experiences that instilled a competitive spirit and resilience that later fueled his transition into endurance sports. Today, he specializes in coaching runners, triathletes, and ultra-endurance athletes, helping them reach new heights through structured and personalized training.
- As both an athlete and a coach, Casey brings a wealth of firsthand experience. His impressive athletic portfolio includes conquering iconic challenges like the Leadville 100 ultra marathon, numerous 50-milers and 50Ks, multiple Half Ironmans, and countless marathons and half marathons, with multiple podium finishes and victories. This extensive experience informs his approach, enabling him to guide athletes with an understanding that only comes from having endured the demands of these events himself.
- Casey’s coaching philosophy is built on structure, consistency, and resilience, with training plans that integrate endurance, strength, and essential recovery. From helping new runners cross the finish line at their first race to guiding seasoned ultra-distance athletes toward breakthrough performances, Casey is committed to helping athletes achieve their goals through hard work, dedication, and a passion for the journey.
